Cathey appeared in WLWT Cincinnati segment about trial to select receiver for five troubled residential properties

Partner Chris Cathey appeared on local news station, WLWT Cincinnati, arguing in front of Judge Beth Myers to determine who will name the receiver for five troubled residential properties. The buildings, which are made up of 600 units and house more than 1,000 residents, have fallen into disrepair. Many of the units have leaking roofs, no heat, non-functioning windows and unsecured entrances.
