Antitrust practice ventures into new territory with podcast blog

Porter Wright has launched a new blog, Antitrust Law Source. This blog is different from most because it features podcasts. The podcasts are tailored for visitors who want to quickly and easily learn about developments in fields related to antitrust and consumer protection.

“We are excited to bring something new to the legal industry that’s never really been done before,” said Porter Wright partner, Jay Levine, the podcast blog’s editor and one of its primary contributors. “Antitrust Law Source is a new, engaging resource that allows visitors to listen immediately to the latest legal updates and current antitrust news, or download the podcast for future reference.”

The blog’s primary format is delivering podcasts, but ebooks, white papers and articles will also be posted. The podcasts feature a variety of discussions and interviews with thought leaders across industries such as healthcare, agriculture, technology and manufacturing that are affected by antitrust regulations.

The site is prepared by members of Porter Wright’s Antitrust Practice Group and will feature news and information on a wide range of areas including:

  • Agriculture
  • Civil litigation
  • Compliance programs/audits
  • Consumer protection
  • Criminal and civil government enforcement
  • Distribution, pricing and promotional allowance programs
  • Healthcare
  • Intellectual property/Technology
  • International issues
  • Legislative matters
  • Mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures
  • Privacy and data security

We encourage you to visit the site and share your thoughts with us.
